The business was looking to start a new service after the owner had been providing *handyman* services for many years. As a very talented professional, Geno tried building his own website but was not confident with the outcome, thus seeking help.

On top of the website was a need for integrating a CRM+Marketing tool in order to manage all inbound contacts. At that point we implemented the tool along with integrations that were of need. As an additional step, we consulted on some best practices around Facebook and Google Business pages - strategy, setup and configuration to address the challenge of finding customers without having any public reviews.
